With a theme of 'The Improvement of Mental Healthcare Services' , the role of the Public sector, the Private sector, the Media and the Legal profession will also be debated in this one day Conference.
The 2011 Conference will examine and debate the independence and roles of those involved in shaping the provision of Ireland's Mental Health services. Of particular note for discussion this year will be the potential for the "Money Follows the Patient" model of care to impact positive change in the provision of Irish Mental Health services.
Clinicians, Psychiatrists, GP's, Medical Professionals and service providers are invited to attend to contribute to this forum. There is a sea of change underway in the payment for provision of care and the annual conference will progressively influence the delivery of this change.
